Faceless YouTube video maker
Faceless YouTube videos, with the real thing on screen.
What a faceless video needs
A faceless channel lives on what’s on screen while the narrator talks. Most faceless video generators fill each line with the nearest stock clip, so a story about the Halifax explosion plays over a harbour that isn’t Halifax. Scenyn looks for the real thing first: archive film, a photograph of the exact person or place, then maps, timelines and AI animation where no camera was.
The narration is recorded in the voice you pick as one continuous track that knows when every word is spoken. The film is cut into shots on those words, and each shot starts on its first word, so the picture changes when the narration does.
Built for documentary channels
History, true crime, science and space, how things work, teaching: channels that tell true stories. Real people are never faked, so reconstructions of moments no camera caught are faceless 3D scenes. Every picture keeps its source and licence, and every video comes with a credits block for its description.

How it works
- Topic or script. Type a subject, or paste a script to be voiced word for word. Pick the length, a voice, a look and the music.
- Check the plan. Research, narration and a shot plan, each there to look at before the next. Nothing paid starts until you confirm the price.
- Pictures for every line. Real footage first, each pick checked by a vision model against the words heard in its shot. No picture is used twice.
- Change any shot. Swap a pick for a runner-up, upload your own picture or clip, or search again in your own words. The timing stays locked.
- Render. A 720p draft to check, then the final 1080p MP4 with captions, a licence report and a YouTube title, description and tags.
No face, no camera
Narration, pictures, captions and an end card with your channel and sign-off: the whole faceless video, made for you.
Not random B-roll
Each line gets a picture of what it says, not the nearest stock clip. Stock comes last, only when nothing else fits.
Long videos and Shorts
Long-form 16:9 from 15 seconds to 30 minutes, and 9:16 Shorts up to 3 minutes in five shapes.
Credited
